Detach dryer from vent and clean the inside exhaust and lint trap of the dryer. Snake the entire metal vent up to the roof or out the side of the home. Vacuum all particulates and debris behind the dryer. Re-secure the dryer back to the vent and run the dryer to ensure it is functioning properly.
Soak all landscaping around the home to ensure it is protected from the cleaning chemical. Apply a special solution to the home to remove mold, dirt, and rust stains to keep the integrity of the homes paint color looking fresh and vibrant. Remove any insect debris (mud daubers, spider webs, wasp nests, etc.) with low pressure wand and scrub brush.

These things we recommend twice a year
We spray a presoak agent that helps loosen the dirt and microbes deep in the pores of the concrete. We then apply water using a high pressure surface cleaner to remove all contaminates from the concrete. Then we rinse off entire surface area and spray on a post solution chemical to ensure all microbes and spores have been killed.
